HBFIT ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP

Tired of the same old boring workout? Lifting weights just doesn't cut it for you anymore? Then it is time to step out of the box and into HBFIT ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP. The ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP combines all of the HBFIT Modules to include HBFIT Box, HBFIT Kick, HBFIT Ground 0, HBFIT Capoe Kick, and HBFIT Hardcore. You will never get bored with this class, and you will love the results.

HBFIT HARDCORE

HBFIT Hardcore is comprised of hardcore conditioning drills used in training high caliber athletes. This class is for the person who wants to excel in sports or take their fitness up a notch.


Monday and Wednesday - 6:00 - 7:00 PM


HBFIT KICK


HBFIT KICK uses the techniques and training methods from Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) and Kickboxing combined with training drills, strength and conditioning exercises. This exciting training program will have you feeling like a champion in no time. Build your body with this fun and challenging program. This is not your typical cardio kickboxing class!
